Medallion Tall Fescue:
Medallion Tall fescue has a slightly coarser texture, and Medallion also requires considerably less water than bluegrass or blue/rye mixes. Lawns planted with Medallion are green year round and durable.They look their best when mowed at heights of 2 inches or more.

Medallion Plus:
Medallion Plus contains 10% bluegrass to improve the durablility of tall fescue alone, will repair minor damage from pets and kids and will remain green all year. Requires considerably less water than bluegrass and blue/rye varieties, and is more drought, shade and disease tolerant than these varieties. They look their best when mowed at heights of 1 1/2 inches or more.

Recommended for residential, commercial and industrial landscape installations, as well as park and recreation areas.

Medallion Dwarf with Bonsai:
Medallion Dwarf with Bonsai is dark green color and density, a finer textured leaf blade, a reduced growth habit that produces approximately one-third fewer clippings, and a high endophyte content, Lawns planted with Medallion Dwarf with Bonsai are more durable, darker green, and require less water, fertilizer, and mowing than bluegrass.

Penn Blue : (PennBlue 80% Kentucky Bluegrass & 20% Ryegrass)
PennBlue is a versatile, custom blend of Kentucky bluegrass and 20% Ryegrass. It provides a dense, rich looking, plush lawn which stays green throughout the year in most areas of California. It is blue-green in color, with a fine textured, erect leaf blade which looks its best when mowed at heights of 1 1/2 inches or more.
