Rental Requirements:

- No reservations = 1st come, 1st serve
- Current proof of insurance on vehicle is required
- Current valid drivers license is required
- A 2" ball is needed for trailer hitch
- A full size American-made truck is needed to haul 3/4 yard or more
- Smaller trucks may haul a maximum of 1/2 yard at a time
- No jeeps or cars may tow trailers
- Do not tow trailers on freeway
- No trailers out overnight
- Last trailer leaves yard 2:00pm on weekdays and 1:00pm on Saturdays

- Available in 4 sack, 5 sack & 6 sack mix
- Purchase 1/4 yard, 1/2 yard, 3/4 yard or 1 yard at a time
- Approximate coverage of 1 yard is 100 sq .ft. (10' x 10') 3 inches thick

- A deposit of $200 is required on the 1st yard and $100 per yard thereafter
- Trailer rental is FREE for 1st 2 hours per trip
- Late charges of $10 every 15 minutes for late return of trailer after 2 hours
- $100 charge for trailer return after business hours, plus late charges
- Trailers must be returned clean of concrete to avoid a $50 cleaning fee
